The expert opinion itself on compliance with sanitary norms is issued by FBUZ or an authorized organization.
When an expert opinion is needed
The expertise of Rospotrebnadzor is issued for the goods listed in the first section of CCU Decision No. 299 of May 28, 2010. It is an indefinite document, which is valid until the specified list of products is changed.

How to obtain a Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare) expert opinion
Our experts issue a list of documents that must be submitted by the customer. The expert opinion can be issued in the name of the seller (supplier) or manufacturer, including a foreign one.
In order to guarantee the high quality of the work, the laboratory makes a draft of the expert report in advance and gives the customer the opportunity to approve its text in terms of correctness of spelling (typographical errors).
